Here at Pi Sigma Alpha we have two types of membership in order to include everyone who is interested in political science. Requirements for these memberships are as follows:
Full Membership:
1. At least 12 hours of Political Science coursework completed with at least one class at the 3000 level or higher
2. At least 60 total credit hours (junior standing)
3. A minimum 3.5 Political Science GPA
4. A minimum 3.0 GPA overall
5. One time only $50 membership dues
6. And $20 recurring renewal dues
7. Attendance to a minimum of FOUR meetings in the course of each semester
8. Earn one activity point by attending a social, advising session, tabling or other event. You may also write or edit for the Political Voice. (Two extra tabling can replace one missed meeting)
9. Attend a community service event
Provisional Membership:
1. A $30 initial provisional membership due
2. Provisional members are still responsible for renewal dues
